A five-time winner of Fulcrum Search Science Inc.’s Consultant of the Year award, Silvio has a passion for helping his clients build their leadership teams in Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations. With over 35 years of search experience and literally thousands of industry contacts, he loves the challenge of finding, assessing and securing the “needle in the haystack” candidate. His client base covers a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, industrial chemicals, industrial distributors and logistics and supply chain providers.
Silvio’s approach to executive search is to offer a comprehensive end-to-end solution. He takes the time up front to really get to know his clients, their environment, their culture, and their challenges. This results in a much more targeted search, and a much deeper assessment of candidates. In the search phase, Silvio is able to access the hidden talent pool of inactive candidates not on the market because of his deep industry contacts.
