Joe Braccia has been with Fulcrum Search Science since 1999 and has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to find, assess and engage talent for challenging professional and senior leadership roles. His industry experience spans manufacturing, construction, public safety and consulting engineering. Joe has achieved this by investing the time up front with his clients to completely understand and uncover the most essential skills and character traits required to ensure success, and by providing invaluable feedback to the client to ensure expectations are in-line with the realities of the marketplace.
In professional search and assessment, another component that Joe believes is essential and sometimes overlooked is the initial contact with the candidate along with the presentation of the opportunity. Joe feels you only have one opportunity to make a strong impression and when representing his clients’ brand in the marketplace he wants to ensure he does it just as well as his client would.
Prior to joining the recruitment industry, Joe worked with the Heart and Stroke Foundation where he planned fundraising activities. Joe reflects fondly on this time as he worked with a great team and great communities, and the results of this were record breaking fundraisers.
On a personal note, Joe loves spending time with his family, in his garden, making wine, coaching soccer and studying history.
