As Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Fulcrum Search Science Inc., Adrian brings a decade of employment industry experience. He is a serial entrepreneur, with start-up experience as well as contributing to a successful IPO, and the growth of medium and large enterprise organizations.

More About Adrian

Adrian brings a unique cross section of experience to the world of professional search and assessment.

Prior to entering the staffing industry in 2007, Adrian built a niche professional services firm where he was head of sales & marketing. He was also responsible for recruiting & training a large number of financial services sales representatives.

Within the world of professional search and assessment, Adrian has developed a keen sense for identifying key sales & marketing leaders who have taken tech start-ups to the next level as well as those who continue to drive profitable growth for manufacturers within the SMB marketplace.

His years of professional sales training help him identify the behaviours and character traits of top performers. Adrian believes it is crucial that he develop a deep understanding of our clients’ and candidates’ needs, and set realistic expectations for what can be delivered, and when.

On a personal note, Adrian takes physical fitness and mental health very seriously, and as such tries not to take himself too seriously. He tolerates winter, enjoys cycling, water sports, traveling and spending quality time with his family.
